PIMS system is created by San Bernadio County to allow you look up latested parcel owner info.
City should download latest parcel owner each month then generate a PIMS offline file, installed on PIMS system.
This View does not change over time
Each month, after updated COV_POD table , Only run this SQL, then copy result paste in excel file.
