5920, 5921 should not be label as duplicate,
they are base address for apartment complex.
for police use, when officer type base address 5920, all the sub-unit a to g should popup.
So far the customized tool label base address is duplicate, this is wrong.
The tool need improvement to bypass apartment complex base address.
